After years working in the trade industry, I saw the same problem repeat itself, turning up to job sites only to find a mix of different contractors from different companies, each with their own schedules, priorities, and communication styles. It slowed projects down, created unnecessary stress, and left everyone -workers and clients alike - feeling frustrated.
Seeing how disjointed the process had become, he set out to build a better way.
